Delivery Fees

​

Free freight within the Mansfield township.

Free Click & Collect from our Store.

$10 per $20kg to Mt Buller

 $20 per 20kg order for Metropolitan orders.

Delivery Locations

 

Alpine Butchery deliver within the local Mansfield township and to Mount Buller.

We also offer Melbourne Metro delivery to select suburbs.  You must live in our delivery areas to order with delivery. CHECK DELIVERY LOCATIONS >

Delivery Dates & Times

​

You can choose your delivery date between Monday and Friday up to one week in advance (excludes Mount Buller Summer deliveries which are Wednesdays ONLY).

​

Orders must be placed by 12pm to be eligible for next business day delivery.

 

Deliveries to metropolitan Melbourne are made between 5.30am and 9.30am. Consideration needs to be taken when placing orders due to the early hours of delivery.

​

Deliveries to Mt Buller are between 10am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday during the ski season and 11am and 5.30pm every Wednesday during the Summer season.

​

Deliveries to Mansfield township are made 12.00pm to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Address Issues

 

If an order is processed with a delivery address outside of our delivery area, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued - please note this may incur admin fees.

 

Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds cannot be given if you enter an address incorrectly and your order is delivered to the address specified.

Packaging and Drop-off

 

Authority to leave is required by all orders. You must select this option to proceed with your order.

All orders are delivered in insulated cool boxes and products will be delivered below 5°C.

Once the order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to care for your products safely. Unpack and refrigerate immediately. Due to COVID-19, we will not be asking for signatures on delivery. After placing the order on the doorstep, the driver will knock/ring the bell. They may also attempt to call you on the contact number provided.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

The online store inventory is a manually updated and even with our best efforts there may be times when something is unavailable. If something you have ordered is unavailable, you will receive a phone call to discuss how you would like to proceed – substitute item or exclude with refund.

​

If the product you are after isn’t in the online store, please contact us and we’ll do our best to add it to your order.

We love our products and want you to love them too. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us by phone at 03 5775 1163 within 12 hours of delivery and we will find a solution.
