Green peppercorns are peppered (sorry!) throughout each slice giving a lovely bite with each mouthful. Rich, and yet light on the palate to finish. A full flavoured terrine perfect to serve on a charcuterie board or an easy dinner party entree.

Drinks to pair with - The iconic Pinotage grape from South Africa will marry this rich and robust terrine yet light and balanced by aromatic green pepper notes and delicate finish with brandy flavours. Here a light red wine with spice and little tannins is the great companion. Red wine from the grape variety of the Loire Valley Pineau d’Aunis or generous Belgium Beer are a great match as well.
