Hand crafted cheese made fresh in the Victorian High Country. Milawa Camembert is made in the Normandy style from local Whorouly milk, this cheese develops very strong earthy characteristics as it matures. Presenting a white bloomy rind with a thick buttery interior that develops into a creamy butterscotch texture as it matures. Think milky, slightly sweet and a little bit nutty, perfect on a crunchy baguette! 

 

Ingredients: Cow’s milk, non-animal rennet, cultures and salt.
